Terms of Service

By using REFOUND MARKET you agree to these terms. REFOUND MARKET is an independent resale marketplace. Orders are offers to purchase; they are accepted when we confirm the order and verify payment. Because most items are one-of-one pre-owned goods, availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. Prices and availability may change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. These terms are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by a legal professional before launch.
